Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, dsifootcandy.lk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. dsifootcandy.lk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, dsifootcandy.lk will be doing the refund back to the credit card.
Order Acceptance Policy
dsifootcandy.lk is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by dsifootcandy.lk.
Return & Exchange Policy
Only products purchased directly from the website can be exchanged at any DSI Exclusive store. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original store or site from which they were purchased. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were couriered to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.
Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items.
Once the items are sold, items can only be exchanged to another item only. Cash refunds are not entitled.

Reselling Policy
You are strictly prohibited from reselling any item purchased from the dsifootcandy.lk website. dsifootcandy.lk is a website which sells to the end customer and shall not be responsible in any way for items resold.
Exchanges
You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were couriered to you. dsifootcandy.lk will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased. If you would like to make an exchange for a style of a higher value than the item originally purchased, you need to pay the balance amount.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card Payments
Payment can be made by using any Visa and Master credit and debit cards. The facility of Cash on Delivery options are available.
By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your credit/debit card account as provided on the order form. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the Goods to you.
When you pay for your order by card, we carry out certain checks which include obtaining authorization from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons. This may involve validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including the card issuer, registered credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
By accepting these Conditions you: Undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Goods are correct and that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods ordered
Authorize us to transmit the payment and delivery information provided by you during the order process (included any updated information) for the purpose of obtaining authorization from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds, to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card and for other security reasons, such as fraud prevention we shall contact you should any problems occur with the authorization of your card.
Cash on Delivery
When placing the orders you have the facility of selecting the Cash on Delivery option, where you will have the facility to do the payment when you received the goods. You will have to make arrangements to make the payment to the courier.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
All Visa, Master credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize the payment, you will be notified immediately at the check-out stage.
In assessing your purchase request, we may use your information for the prevention and detection of fraud. Your information will remain secure at all times if disclosed. If you believe your particular details are inaccurate, you may amend these details and inform us.
